How It Actually Works — Answered.

The free initial consultation is 15 minutes. It's a genuine conversation — we ask about your goals, lifestyle, eating habits, and past experience with programs. We listen more than we talk. At the end, we recommend the right program for you. There is no pressure to enrol on the call.
Every plan is 100% personalised. Your coach builds it from scratch based on: your goal, body composition, current eating habits, food preferences, family cooking style, schedule, and any medical conditions. We never send the same plan to two different people. It takes 24–48 hours after your consultation to receive your plan.
It depends on your tier. Experience members get fortnightly check-ins. Core members get weekly 1-on-1 sessions plus ongoing WhatsApp communication. Gold members get bi-weekly deep coaching sessions plus daily coach message responses. All members have access to group live sessions and the WhatsApp community for daily support.
The app is your daily hub. It contains your personalised plan, session recordings, progress tracking (weight, measurements), coach messaging, group session access, and community features. It's rated 4.9★ on both Google Play and Apple App Store. Available for free download — full access is included with your membership.
Your plan accounts for this. We build specific strategies for travel days, restaurant eating, office lunches, and social events. Your coach gives you a set of portable principles that work anywhere — not rigid rules that collapse the moment life gets in the way. Flexibility is built into the method from day one.
The method, plans, and coaches are identical. The difference is delivery: in-person members can attend physical batch sessions and get an in-center body composition analysis.
